Yespark

Difficulté à trouver la sortie piétons. Aucun fléchage. En outre, le code qui m’a été transmis ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai pu sortir grâce à des résidents qui rentraient chez eux. Je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience. Très déçu.

Application au top, mais les modalités de sortie du parking sont peu claires, et surtout il faut une attribution de place claire dans le parking, il est impossible de savoir si une place est effectivement libre ou non.

Totalement satisfaite. Sur tous les points. Facilité d'accès. L'application est au top. Prix plus que convenable.

After using the services for Yespark, I would not recommend it. I would give two stars only because our car was safe whilst it was in the parking, and the location is very convenient for the airport. However, because this is a big faceless company, the customer support is absolutely useless and it’s almost impossible to speak to a human being and if you can, they aren’t helpful at all. Next, the signage in the parking area is incredibly poor, because of course they don’t take it into consideration that it is important to have clear signs. When we left the parking area to go upstairs to the main exit, there are TWO doors and the first door with no sign, you MUST NOT go into because that is not the exit. Go up the stairs more and there is the last door with the Yespark sign on it. We went into the wrong door and it locked behind us so we were trapped and the Yespark customer service were absolutely useless in our very dangerous situation of being trapped. We were let out when a resident entered. This is unacceptable from the company to not take into consideration. Therefore, use this company at your own risk but don’t think that the customer service will help you if you have issues, because they won’t.
